This is great value and quality RC plane, comes almost complete you just need to glue the wings on, with the glue provided. Everything else is installed and set up, the clever flight stabilizing receiver is even already bound to the supplied transmitter and comes with battery, spare prop and even batteries for the transmitter. it's completely ready to fly you don't need anything else and yes the 1s battery is more than powerful enough (idid think it was a printing error but it's not).
There are preinstalled lights which you thread neatly into clear strips on the wings and are very effective, even flashing when the battery gets low to let you know it's time to land.
All in all this is a great beginner plane, able to take off and land on water grass or hard surfaces. The only plane of this plan-form that currently comes with a 1-cell battery is the little orange 2-channel twin brushed motors one. This one here is a 3-channel land-sea-air plane (the Rudder is mechanically linked to the Aileron servo) with a single brushless motor and uses a 2-cell 1000mah lipo battery. The stock 2s 1000mah battery must be placed right up the nose for correct balance. Heavier batteries can be placed in the main compartment under the canopy.
