0A:Shortly NO. RM Ranger has JR bay format (different dimension and different connector), so it don't fit to Futaba and there is no official support for PPM_PCM input for RM Ranger Module. And on top of that, you need to set up the module using serial communication, so you need a TX that supports this serial communication.
